William Bradley qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 whilst working for the District Valuers in south London. During this time he gained experience of valuing a wide range of residential and commercial properties and some unusual ones; the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, Biggin Hill Airport and the Maritime Museum amongst others. He undertook statutory valuations for Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Rating and acted as an Expert Witness and Advocate at Valuation Tribunals.
William moved into private practice in London and worked for CB Richard Ellis where he gained experience as an Asset Manager, responsible for large shopping centres in Basingstoke, Poole, Durham and Banbury on behalf of Developers and Pension Funds.
William returned to south London in 2003, becoming a Director of Bradley Harris in 2008. William continues to deal with a wide range of professional services including valuations for Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, part ownership, matrimonial purposes, compulsory purchase, commercial rent reviews and lease renewals. William’s particular expertise is in leasehold reform matters, valuing houses, individual flats and blocks of flats for all purposes under the Acts. William also acts as an Expert Witness, having obtained his accreditation from Cardiff University in 2006 which has added to his knowledge and understanding of the legal process involved in disputes.
William’s extensive experience of valuing all types of residential and commercial property, dealing with Courts, Tribunals and local authorities, acting as an Expert Witness together with his local knowledge enable him to provide comprehensive and practical advice to his clients.

Jason Harris joined as a school leaver in 1988 and has worked on a wide range of projects and all types of residential and commercial buildings. Jason’s vast experience built up over 25 years means he is able to offer clients practical advice on a wide range of matters in relation to residential and commercial property. This may involve purchasing, renting, extending or altering a property, providing advice in relation to a dispute or court action requiring expert evidence. Jason is experienced in preparing Building Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations, Repair and Condition reports and Party Wall Matters.
This extensive experience has led to Jason being involved in a number of associated work disciplines, including project management, planning and design, dispute resolution in commercial and residential property matters. Jason is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and was an adjudicator for the Federation of Master Builders Dispute Resolution Service, where his expertise and experience is widely recognised and enables him to be in a better position to advise clients.
Jason is Director of South East Design and Build, an NHBC registered construction and Development Company that provides his clients with a tailored service and single point contact in relation to alteration, extension and new build schemes. His knowledge and experience enable him to manage the various contractors and parties involved to achieve completion both on time and on budget.
